The State of Florida has prepared most every form needed to complete most Residential Real Estate transactions. These forms are available to Real Estate Agents to use, often thru the agent’s Board of Realtors. Because these forms are standardized, agents across the state know what they say and how that affects the transaction. This dramatically reduces the “unknown” and simplifies the transaction for everyone. Because an attorney is not mandatory to draft the paperwork, it also speeds up the process and saves customers money. (Having your own legal counsel is always your right if you want it)
